Winning awards for your work is always great. But, for me, there are other measures of doing outstanding work that rise above winning industry awards. Like having  my work become a clue on Jeopardy. Twice. (see Ram and T-Mobile). Or having my ads spoofed on Saturday Night Live. (see T-Mobile). Aside from creating obscure pop culture references, I also find joy in my Australian Shepherd, Dakota. He thinks a treat is as good as a Gold Lion. It all keeps me motivated and very grounded.
